4 Day Leadership Accelerator Program (4 day intensive program + course work) - this is ACL's signature course which provides comprehensive training in how to become a leader, how to influence, how to empower others, how to sell and negotiate with influence all tied in with business skills that are imperative to empower the modern day executive or individual looking to set themselves apart from the crowd. The skills you learn in this program are transformational and unmatched by training providers in Papua New guinea at this time.
Influence with Power (2 days) - designed for team leaders, coaches, executives and groups that cannot commit to the 4 day accelrator program however wish to understand how to lead and mentor individuals and teams whilst leading by example.
Communication & Personal Leadership (an introduction) - This course will enhance staff communication skills
and personal leadership around
being accountable, proactive, taking action and interacting in an empowered
member with all team members, clientele and stakeholders. It will be
refreshing, reassuring and motivating for staff members who have not
experienced a leadership course previously. Participants will leave
understanding themselves more and desiring to be a positive part of their immediate department whilst continually making a significant contribution to the broader organization.
They will also desire to continue developing themselves personally –
intellectually, emotionally and spiritually.
Organisational Culture Development - This course is specifically for senior management
staff. In any Culture Change
initiative it is paramount that it is driven by the organization head (CEO) and
complemented by the senior executives of the organisaton. Specifically, it is
important that senior leaders (that are complementing the CEO) also understand
in detail how culture is impacted by personal interaction, optimal methods and
content of communication throughout the organisation, personal and group
values, business systems and the group and department strategies that are being
implemented throughout the organization. All these areas must be aligned to
creating a empowered organizational culture. This
course will involve significantly more group discussion, case study analysis
and peer interaction. The group will typically
depart with specific and agreed strategic goals, values and behaviours that
will be pursued by the group beyond the workshop.
12 Week EmPawa Leaders Program (1.5 hours per week over 12 Weeks) - this course is ideal for busy teams or groups that require empowerment, motivation and engagement however they do not have the time available to allocate toward 4 full days of training. The program is delivered by your Specialised Leadership Trainer once per week over only 1.5-2 hours, thus maximising your ability to achieve whilst ensuring you do not move away from your existing work commitments.
GOAL Setting for SERIOUS SUCCESS (half day strategic planning workshop) - this training is for individuals and/or teams that require clarity and focus. This session alone will empower yourself or your team to move forward with conviction and clarity toward your objectives.
Empowered Sales, Negotiation & Customer Service (2 days) - this course is specifically for professionals in sales, business owners, heads of departments who are involved in intense negotiation and all customer personnel.
